Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
We want you to be confident using MyCADost. This policy explains when refunds apply, what is non-refundable, and how to request one.
1. Overview
MyCADost charges a service/professional fee for facilitating taxation, registration and compliance services. This policy covers refunds of that service fee. Government fees, statutory dues and third-party charges are handled separately as described below.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- Payment was charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You were charged but no service was initiated from our side.
- MyCADost is unable to provide the service you paid for and no work has yet been started.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
- Services where work has already begun or been completed (document preparation, filing, submission to a government portal, etc.).
- Rejections, delays or penalties caused by incorrect or incomplete information or documents provided by you.
4. Partial Refunds
If work has been partially completed, any refund (at MyCADost's discretion) will be net of the work already performed and of any government/third-party fees already incurred.
5. How to Request a Refund
