We act as a facilitator and advisor; final approvals rest with the relevant government departments or partner institutions.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and the documents required to deliver the service you request. You are responsible for the correctness of the data you submit. MyCADost is not liable for delays, rejections or penalties arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Service fees are displayed before you confirm an order and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Government fees, third-party charges and statutory dues are separate where applicable. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Timelines shared by MyCADost are estimates. Actual processing time depends on government portals, partner institutions and the completeness of your documents, and is outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCADost's total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the service fee paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
